Mihail Mihaylov is a Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of MDM Partners Ltd. an Investment Boutique firm. Mihail is primarily responsible to carry out the strategic plans and policies as established by the board of directors at national and international level. As well he sets the direction and oversees the operations of the organization. Before creating MDM Partners, he was for 4 years Head of Economic analysis department at Varchev Finance Investment Funds, and for 9 till date as an External Board Member /Investment Projects/ to Inea Consulting Ltd. – Renewable energy advisory firm. He manages investment and financial activities of the company. Responsible for investments related documents and contracts management and exchange, public-private partnerships strategy and development, relations with public authorities and tenders participation. Mihail Mihaylov holds B.Sc. in Construction Management at Varna University of Economics and having specialized in Rutgers University, NJ, USA. Ilko Iliev joined MDM Partners Ltd. in 2008 as a Managing Partner. He is Founder and Manager of Inea Consulting Ltd. In MDM Partners Ltd. he is responsible for all management and project activities of the company at national and international level. Ilko has more than 11 years investment and business consulting experience in renewable energy, ecology, environmental protection, commercial real estates, etc. He has done several renewable energy project concepts, business plans and feasibility studies for local and international companies and local municipalities. Ilko furthermore has done “ready-to-go” solar energy and wind energy projects for local and international customers. Besides the management of Inea Consulting Ltd, he is member of consulting committee of Prime Innovations Ltd, founding member of European Competent Forum – NGO, Member of Advisory Board of East European Energy Systems Plc, etc. Ilko Iliev holds B.Sc. in Construction Management at Varna University of Economics, Bulgaria having specialized in sustainable energy and business psychology. Todor Nikolov joined MDM Partners Ltd. in 2010 as a Risk Operational Manager. Todor is responsible for planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation, risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business, risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organisation’s previous handling of risks. He is reporting the risk in an appropriate way for different audiences, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks, corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders. Nikolay Kostov works at MDM Partners Ltd. as an Administration Manager. He joined the company in 2005 and since then he is responsible for organizing the many services that allow for efficient operation of our business, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, personal property procurement, supply and disposal. He also oversee first-line supervisors from various departments, including the clerical staff. He holds MBA from University of Glasgow – Scotland, UK.
